I found the location to be very convenient, close to Sultan Ahmet. the rooms are beautiful and very clean. the hotel staff, especially Burak, Kerim & Gul, provided amazing service! i would definitely love to stay again. The experience was great.
the pillows weren't quite as comfortable as i'd hoped.

My beautiful double room included a minibar and a safe. It also featured a seating area. the bathroom had complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and a hairdryer. the air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature.

The reception staff was available 24/7 and very helpful with directions and recommendations. housekeeping kept the room super clean. They provided fresh linens daily. i also appreciated the quick response to any requests i had.

the location is really great. it is so easy to walk to major sights. the breakfast was very good and the view from the restaurant was wonderful. the hotel was surrounded by good restaurants and it's an easy walk to attractions.
i booked a beautiful double room, but i got a lower tier attic room. they insisted it was not their problem. they didn't sort out the issue.

the breakfast was quite limited. there was a selection of juices and bread, but hot options were scarce. also, we specifically booked a beautiful double room, but upon arrival, we were given a twin room. it took some effort to get the beds adjusted, and it wasn't quite the same.

The hotel did provide a central location, it was easy to walk to many tourist spots.
The twin beds were pushed together and it were not comfortable. the cleaning seemed rushed. The carpets had some stains and it was not pleasant. I expect better for the price.

the location was excellent , very close to the tram stop. my room was clean and spacious. breakfast was lovely with many options to choose from.
the selection was small at this hotel , though i could use the sister hotel across the street , but it was never mentioned at check in.
